Over a year ago, Tohoku University began its journey as Japan's first and only University for International 虎扑电竞 Excellence. This UREX-Tohoku Forum will provide an update on the university's general vision, recent achievements as well as upcoming projects.

Six university directors at the forefront of the university's "transformation" plans will present their departments' mission and strategy to strengthen research capabilities. The event will also feature a panel discussion with leading researchers and entrepreneurs sharing their experiences from the past year and their outlook for the future.
