Tohoku University seeks to appoint a specialized administrative staff member to lead student selection for the newly established Integrated Admission Organization.

The successful candidate will be based in the Student Recruitment & PR Strategy Division, working closely with other staff to:

1. Oversee recruitment planning and implementation, including outreach to priority schools, countries, and regions; collaboration with international accreditation organizations; and engagement with key stakeholders
2. Develop overseas recruitment strategies and conduct surveys and research to improve operational efficiency
3. Coordinate with various departments within Gateway College

Candidates with experience in international student recruitment, public relations, and admissions are highly encouraged to apply.
