The Department of Metallurgy, Materials Science and Materials Processing at Tohoku University is seeking a Professor.
The successful candidate will be involved in research and education for both graduate and undergraduate students in the Department of Metallurgy, Materials Science and Materials Processing. The role includes responsibility for advancing research and education focused on enhancing material properties and developing new functionalities based on the magneto-functionality of metals, ceramics, and polymers. Additionally, the position includes administrative duties within the school.
They will be affiliated with the Advanced Magneto-Materials group, which will be renamed to the Magnetic and Spintronics Materials group from July 1, 2024.
