The Aobayama Concert is a regular musical event at Aoba Memorial Hall, featuring performances by Tohoku University's students, faculty and staff.
The organizing committee is currently recruiting musicians for the next concert, which will take place on October 11, 2024. There are plans for two sessions - a shorter one at lunchtime (12 noon - 1 p.m.) and a full-length concert in the evening (5:30 - 7:30 p.m.).
Anyone who wishes to perform is encouraged to submit an application. Any genre of music is acceptable, and each performance should be under 8 minutes.
