Events

The Aobayama Concert is an annual event at Aoba Memorial Hall, featuring musical performances by Tohoku University's students and staff.

This year's concert, which will be held in a hybrid format, is scheduled to take place on Friday, December 2, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

The concert committee is currently recruiting musicians, and anyone who wishes to perform is encouraged to submit an application.

Application Guidelines:

• - Instrumental performances only
• - No vocal / choral performances due to COVID-19 prevention measures
• - Groups can have up to four members
• - Any instrument or genre of music is acceptable
• - Each performance must be less than 10 minutes long
• - Selection committee's decisions are final
