Vaccination against the coronavirus is underway in Japan and around the world.
Although the vaccines have proven to provide some protection against the coronavirus, there is still a lot of misinformation about them, causing some people - especially the younger generation - to be hesitant about getting vaccinated.
So to provide accurate information about the vaccines and to help you make an informed decision about getting vaccinated, Tohoku University Hospital and Sendai Iroha Group will hold a special online event. The panel will explain what the vaccine does, address some of the rumours and concerns, and answer questions.
