Symposium to Celebrate 100 Years of Judge Shigeru Oda

Judge Shigeru Oda left a lasting legacy at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), where he served for 27 years, from 1976 to 2003, the longest tenure in the Court's history. Prior to this, he worked at Tohoku University's School of Law and was appointed Professor Emeritus in 1985.
