The ceremony will be divided into three sessions – one for graduate students and two for undergraduates. Students should make sure they attend the correct session.
As always, there will be a live stream of the ceremony for those unable to attend in person.
- Session 1|
For students of all graduate schools
- Time: 9:30 a.m. (Doors open at 8:30 a.m., please be seated by 9:15 a.m.)
- Session 2|
For undergraduate students from the Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Engineering
- Time: 11 a.m. (Doors open at 10:20a.m., please be seated by 10:45 a.m.)
- Session 3|
For undergraduate students from the Faculties of Letters, Education, Law, Economics, Science and Agriculture
- Time: 12:30 p.m. (Doors open at 11:45 a.m., please be seated by 12:15 p.m.)
Further information;
- Each session will last about 30 minutes. Please refer to the seating chart in the program and follow the instructions of the staff.
- Please be appropriately dressed for the ceremony. Formal attire is recommended.
- Parents and guardians are invited to attend. But please be aware that if capacity in the main venue is reached, guests will be ushered to a separate room to watch the ceremony on a live feed.
- Anyone requiring special arrangements or assistance should contact the Academic Affairs Section of their faculty or graduate school by early March.
- At the end of each session, everyone should leave the venue promptly so that preparations can begin for the next session.
- There will be designated “photo spots” to take commemorative pictures (see below).
