Please provide the following information:

• Student ID Number
• Name
• How you wish to receive your degree: We can mail it by post, or you can pick it up in person at Tohoku University.
• If by post (will be sent in April) tell us your: Postal code, mailing address, contact information (mobile phone etc.)
  *Please understand that postal delivery may be delayed due to the current state of affairs.

If you wish to pick up your degree in person please come to Tohoku University on or after April 4. Please take all necessary safety precautions in doing so.

If you will be entering a Tohoku University graduate school directly from a Tohoku University faculty, and thus do not need your degree and certificates immediately, we request that you obtain them after entering graduate school.

If you require your graduation/completion certificate immediately for employment etc., they will be issued on or after March 25; please inquire with the Faculty of Education, Educational Records and Programs Section.
