For information regarding degree and graduation/completion certificates, please contact the Educational Records and Programs Section (int-kkdk*bureau.tohoku.ac.jp [replace * with @]) with the following information:
- How you wish to receive your degree: we can mail it by post, or you can pick it up in person.
- Postal mail: If you wish to have your certificates sent to a mailing address other than the one you provided the Educational Records and Programs Section prior to March, please provide your new address.
- *Please understand that postal delivery may be delayed due to the current state of affairs. If you wish to pick up your degree in person please come to Tohoku University on or after April 4. Please take all necessary safety precautions in doing so.
If you will be entering a Tohoku University 3-year Doctoral Course (DC) from a 2-year Master Course (MC), and thus do not need your degree and certificates immediately, we request that you obtain them after entering that course and beginning classes (April 25 or later).
If you require your graduation/completion certificate immediately for employment etc., they will be issued on or after April 4 (Mon.); please inquire with the Educational Records and Programs Section (int-kkdk*bureau.tohoku.ac.jp [replace * with @]).
