• Please contact the Graduate School of Environmental Studies Educational Records and Programs Section and tell them how you wish to receive your degree.
  • Methods of receiving your degree: we can mail it by post, or you can pick it up in person.
  • If by post (will be sent in April) provide your: Postal code, mailing address, name, etc. Please understand that postal delivery may be delayed due to the current state of affairs.
  • If you wish to pick up your degree in person please come to the Graduate School of Environmental Studies Educational Records and Programs Section on or after April 26. Please take all necessary safety precautions in doing so.
• If you will be entering a Tohoku University graduate school, and thus do not need your degree immediately, we request that you obtain it after entering graduate school (April or later).
• If you have already requested a completion certificate, it will be issued on or after March 25; please contact the Graduate School of Environmental Studies Educational Records and Programs Section and provide your postal code, mailing address, name, etc. -If you require your completion certificate etc. immediately for employment, please contact the Graduate School of Environmental Studies Educational Records and Programs Section.
