To students completing their studies in March:

• The degree conferment ceremony, which was scheduled for March 25th, has been canceled.
• Degrees will be sent by postal mail; please provide the following information to your academic advisor (if you are unable to reach your academic advisor, please contact the Graduate School of Information Sciences Educational Records and Programs Section):
• How you wish to receive your degree: you can pick it up in person, or we can mail it by post.
• How you wish to receive your completion certificate/academic transcript: you can pick it up in person, or we can mail it by post.
• If you wish to have it mailed: provide your mailing address etc.
  (If you request postal mail, degrees will be sent once they have been prepared; completion certificates/academic transcripts will be mailed on or after March 25. If you wish to come in person, please go to the Graduate School of Information Sciences Educational Records and Programs Section to pick up your certificates.)
