1. How to obtain your degree: We can mail it by post, or you can pick it up in person at Tohoku University
2. If you choose post (certificates will be sent in April) please provide: Mailing address, etc.
   Please understand that postal delivery may be delayed due to the current state of affairs.
3. If you wish to pick up your degree in person, please come to Tohoku University on or after April 1. Please take all necessary safety precautions in doing so.

• If you will be entering a Tohoku University graduate school directly from a Tohoku University faculty, and thus do not need your degree and certificates immediately, we request that you obtain them after entering graduate school.
• If you are a graduate student and require your completion certificate immediately for employment etc., it will be issued on or after March 25; please inquire with your graduate school's Educational Records and Programs Section.
• The date of graduation for the School of Medicine is March 4; please inquire if you require a graduation certificate.
• Graduates of the School of Health Sciences will receive one copy each of their graduation certificate and academic transcript, together with their degree.
  Please inquire with the School of Health Sciences Educational Records and Programs Section if you require two or more copies.
