Notice for students scheduled to graduate/complete their studies

The graduation/completion party scheduled for March 25th (Fri.) has been canceled.
The degrees which were supposed to be distributed on that day will be enclosed with the graduation (completion) certificate (1 copy each) and/or teaching license (only applicable to those who applied for one) and sent by postal mail.
Even if you have applied separately for a copy of your graduation (completion) certificate, it will be sent by post together with your degree. If you require it immediately for employment etc., please re-apply. We apologize for the inconvenience. (http://www.sal.tohoku.ac.jp/documents.html）
Your degree certificate will be sent to the address you provided your academic department's (major's) office; if you have had a change of address, please contact your office.
If you have not submitted a "虎扑电竞 Information Form" (Renraku Joukyou Todoke), please contact your academic department's (major's) office.
