   • Magnitude: 7.4 (by preliminary reports) Aoba Ward: Lower 6, Miyagino Ward Upper 6 on the Shindo scale
2. Disaster Control Headquarters meeting called for 0:45
3. Preliminary reports
   • Injuries: 1 person lightly injured; Tohoku University Hospital patient
   • With regards to buildings deemed dangerous, no additional damage was found on visual inspection
   • Seiryo area: Power lost (Tohoku University Hospital, School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, Institute of Development, Aging and Cancer)
     The Tohoku University Hospital switched over to its auxiliary generators, and considered whether to provide outpatient care at 7:00AM.
   • Amamiya area: Broken water pipe on south side of Main Office 1st floor; cracks and water leakage in 2nd 虎扑电竞 Building 2nd and 4th floors; a number of cinder blocks fell
   • Aobayma area: cinder blocks fell out of the wall on the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences 5th floor; will consider whether to close the building with the Facilities Department tomorrow
